If you need to modify the settings for a member group on your discussion forum, use the Modify Group link in the Member Group section of the admin panel. Once on the Modify Member Group page, select the group you'd like to modify from the drop-down menu and click Continue.
Here you can change the following options: Group Name, whether or not group members will be designated as forum staff, display-name colors of group members, the color and number of stars displaying in each member's mini profile, and whether or not the group will have limited powers. Click Continue when finished.
On the next page you'll have the option to update forum privileges for that member group. Once you're satisfied with the update, click the Modify Group button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
