It does work, most of the time. Sometimes a delay and sometimes no notification. But most of the time, it does work. Many thanks.

A much needed addition to the tagging/notification system. Particularly, if your shoutbox is inserted in a Peek-a-Boo sidebar and not in plain view. Good job!
