Works as needed Protip: to COMPLETELY remove access to the avatar builder, check the "Use only your ProBoards Avatar" option under "Remove Options" in the plugin settings

Did exactly what I wanted. I wish there were a default setting to get rid of avatars but this is a great work-around.
