It would be perfect if you could select groups of users. For example I have a group called "Troublemakers" These users haven't been banned, but caused enough trouble to limit them for a certain amount of time. Otherwise, It's good.

A good one, but had to give three stars because it's not mentioned in the description that mobile site users or ProBoards app users aren't affected by plugins and wouldn't be stopped by this.
