Almost perfect. It does have a glitch in which it removes the admin's ability to save changes to the personal profile page of a member (eg, change their display name). The plug in removes the "save personal changes" button that would appear immediately below the signature box on that page. To work around the glitch, just disable plugin, make changes to personal profile page of member, then enable plugin again.
